Frequently asked questions
Do I need a PayPal account?
No. You don’t need a PayPal account or balance. Paypal simply processes the payment.
Can I pay by cash?
No. Fees are only payable online. This helps to keep payments simple and organised, and allows Mick to spend more time on coaching.
How do recurring payments work?
Training plans use recurring payments. The monthly payment will be debited from your selected payment method on the day you start the plan, and on that date each month. For example: if you start a plan on 12 July, your monthly payment will be debited 12 July, then on the 12th day of each month. You are covered for all squad sessions and support for the month following each payment.
Do coaching fees change?
Fees may be subject to small annual increases. Changes will be reflected on this page and in the checkout.
If training plan monthly fees change, customers will be advised in advance and existing plans will stop at the end of the active month. Customers will be able to start a new plan at the new fee, which will be reflected on this page and in the checkout.
Are coaching fees separate to venue fees?
Yes. Rink hire fees and outdoor venue fees are payable separately. These fees are set by the venue or the hiring club to cover costs.
